Hourly Rentals

Welcome to the home of Aspen Grove and Wild Rockies Properties! Our building is almost all new completed in 2020. We have a well lit parking lot, nice landscape, deck with views of Lolo Peak and more! We are located in Midtown. Office Rental ( 1 Hour only)
Need an office for only an hour? We currently have one of our comfortable offices on our first floor available for hourly rentals. If it is your first time renting, please be sure to create an account and fill out our form. There is natural lighting and 2 bathrooms on this level. Perfect for counseling or working with 1-2 individuals. Privacy drywall installed for additional soundproofing. $15/one hour
Office Rental ( more than 1 hour)
Enjoy our accessible 1st level for multiple hours with a slight decrease in rate. Some light noise is expected on this family friendly floor. Enjoy this comfortable space with use of our guest wifi. This space is relaxing, yet bright with a desk, desk chair and a couple of additional chairs. 2 bathrooms located on the 1st floor. Clock and door soundproofing pad coming soon. $10/hour for a multi-hour rental. Email karen@aspengrovemt.com for regular scheduling and discount for more than 10 hours/week. Rent office #2. Office #1 is currently booked as a long term rental.
Yoga Room
Rent our spacious and well lit yoga room with natural light with access to a small fridge and sink. Please no shoes or very light usage of shoes. Shoe storage is outside the room along with a waiting area and bench. Rental includes use of yoga props. $12.50/30 minutes. With each yoga room rental (minimum 60 minutes), you get 30 minutes complimentary to ensure you have time to set up and clean up. Please call to get the complimentary 30 minutes. Evenings, Saturdays and Sundays can be booked online. Weekday interest must be scheduled over the phone at 406-541-2776 or via email at karen@aspengrovemt.com. Cold beverages or tea available for purchase with cash or Venmo.
Large Group Space/Creation Space:
Our large 600 square foot space is now open for hourly rentals. This space boasts nice floors, natural light, and a cozy couch area. Treadmill not to be used. Rental is $10/30 minutes. Pictures below. This space would be great for group therapy, craft groups, movement groups and more. Some chairs and tables provided (not all pictured). There will be some donated craft supplies. Donations, such as leftover paper, yarn, buttons, beads would be greatly appreciated as we build this joyful space. This will be available online soon, but for now, please call for reserving this space.
Liability insurance is recommended for short term rentals and required for long term leases. It is often easy and often without additional cost to call your agent and add our location-Aspen Grove Therapy and Wellness Center, LLC at 2126 Dixon Avenue, Missoula, MT 50801 (Wild Rockies Properties LLC-building owner) to your liability insurance policy. Parking is free at our location with additional street parking in the area.

- Last minute offices (less than 24 hours) may be available by calling our main line at 406-541-2776. You will not be able to schedule online less than 24 hours.
-Room Rentals-We are grateful for cash/check payments, but a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid up front to reserve the space. If you need to adapt or reschedule please call us to see if this is an option.
