Community Yoga-a gentle floor class that focuses on flexibility, strength and pranayama (as of 10/1/25 , $10)
This 60 min class is a gentle meditative floor class offering the basics of yoga. Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga, simple breath work and commonly practiced yoga poses. This class is geared towards beginners to intermediate, but all are welcome. Cash pay preferred at time of class!
Tuesdays: 10:00-11:00 am (this is a new time as of 9/9/25). Currently no registration needed. No class 10/7/25.

Monday and Thursday Classes-a great health investment at only $10/class
Chair Friendly Yoga-Chairs are used for sitting meditation, poses, breath work and also for support with standing balance. This class is extra gentle and helpful for flexibility, strength, relaxation and balance. This is a great class to build functional balance and mobility.
Mondays: 11:30-12:30 (no class Labor Day 9/1 or 10/6/25)
Radiant Strength: Our Thursday class is a combination of flow, strength, meditation and relaxation. This class inspires personal growth, creativity while empowering and connecting to our physical bodies. Although all ages are welcome, this class is geared towards mid-life to promote and maintain strength and flexibility. Starts on 9/11/25.
Thursdays: 8:30-9:30am (no class 10/16)

Yoga at the Missoula Butterfly House (9/9, 9/16 and 9/30)
Find transformation and joy through a gentle and contemplative yoga class among the butterflies. Led by Karen Oberg, C-IAYT, yoga therapist and owner of Aspen Grove Therapy and Wellness Center. You are required to bring your own mat and any other props that support your individual needs. We will all enter and exit together so it's important to arrive early! Online registration is required.
