Community Yoga-a gentle meditative class for all, offered at only $5!
This 60 min class is gentle meditative floor class offering the basics of yoga. Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga, simple breath work and commonly practiced yoga poses. This class is geared towards beginners to intermediate, but all are welcome. Cash pay preferred at time of class!
Tuesdays: 10:30-11:30 am

Monday and Thursday Classes-a great health investment at only $10/class
Chair Friendly Yoga-Chairs are used for sitting meditation, poses, breathwork and also for support with standing balance (optional). This class is extra gentle and helpful for flexibility, strength, relaxation and balance.
Mondays: 11:30-12:30 (no class Monday, February 17th in celebration of President’s Day)
15-15-30 Variation: Thursday class is a combination of journaling, meditation and movement! This class inspires personal growth, creativity and more.
Thursdays: 8:45-9:45
Cash preferred at time of class! Venmo available.
