Class Descriptions

Yoga Basics: This 60 minute class in an introduction (or reintroduction) of the basics of yoga. Learn about the 8 limbs of yoga, simple breath work and commonly practiced yoga poses. This class is geared towards beginners, but all are welcome.

Welcome to Spring Yoga Class on March 15th, 2024: Join me for a 75 minute class to invite you to emerge from hibernation, to invite hope and newness. This class will be a gentle flow with a focus on pranayama and ending with a long savasana.

Gentle Flow: This 60 minute class is a gentle, but moving flow connecting breath with gentle asanas. Engage in mindful, meditative sequences.

Private Yoga Therapy Session: Karen Oberg is a C-IAYT, Integrated Movement Therapist. Karen will meet you where you are to support you with anxiety, mobility, pain, stress management and more. Call 406-541-2776 to schedule. Currently not able to schedule online. Adults only/private pay. Initial Session-$110 (60-70 minutes); Follow Up Sessions-$95 (50-60 minutes)

Dance Party for Women (with a little bit of yoga): March 20th 8:00-9:30pm. Come let loose and dance your worries away! It’s time to release in a safe space. Karen will start with a little bit of breathing and connection and end our dance time with a little bit of relaxation to help transition.
